For nearly 25 years, construction has been much more to Robert Curtis than simply building homes.  Robert values the memories, opportunities, and pride building a homes for people and their families.  He has had the ability to excel in both business and personal life due to his infinite commitment to helping others and constant value in morality and ethics.

Robert was born and raised in Litchfield, Connecticut, the third oldest of ten children.  He served in the Army Medical Corps for over 20 years, providing medical service to those in need, traveling, and becoming lifelong friends with people across the world.  Due to his belief in the value of education, he has a double baccalaureate degree in Political Science as well as Biology, both from Southern Connecticut State University.  He also has a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University.  His experience in the military and education alike have provided him with the compassion to continuously organize and manage, while consistently placing his goal of improving the life of others at the forefront.

Robert began his career in construction in 1992 with Sundance Homes as a Customer Service Representative.  He was promoted to Construction Manager and continued to hold that position until 1997.  He then joined Kimball Hill Homes working as a Construction Manager as well.  It was at Kimball Hill Homes that Robert stood out among others, allowing him to progress through many promotions leading to his promotion as Division President.  In 2008 he joined Insurance Services Construction, Inc., and managed their Midwest operations in Chicago, Illinois.  This position allowed Robert to excel in his ability to help those who had been devastated by damage to their property caused by disasters.

In 2013, Robert acquired the assets of Insurance Services Construction – Chicago, and formed Associated Restoration and Construction Services, LLC, with the determination to offer service rooted in quality, honesty, and dependability.
